I rented a limo for my son’s grade 8 graduation. From the onset Shawn was very professional. Answering the many questions I had, with frequent communication leading up to the graduation. On the day of the event, Shawn messaged me to inquire whether we would agree to a free upgrade. The vehicle we had reserved had an issue with the air conditioning, and because it was extremely hot that day, Shawn wanted to ensure everything would be perfect. And it was, the driver arrived 15 minutes earlier, which allowed the boys to take pictures and explore the Hummer. I recently used D & A for my wedding. We went with the Full Day service and with the late night Private car pick up. Every interaction, from booking to drop off was seamless. The fleet is well maintained and very clean. Being the first of my circle to get married, our wedding party was very "excited" and "slightly" rowdy and instead of being mad or annoyed, our driver Denny joined in on fun. As with many weddings, we did run slightly off schedule but never were we rushed, and we have to thank Denny for that. ALSO, as per wifes requested, our favourite moment of our limo ride was our last minute McDonalds run. Thank you again to D&A and Denny ! You have gained a customer for life!
