She has training and expertise in several therapy modalities, including Psychodramatic Bodywork, Imago Relationship Therapy (IRT), PACT (The Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy), The DNMS (The Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Meditation and Mindfulness. Stacy works with a Humanistic and non-judgmental approach to provide opportunities for self-discovery, healing & empowerment. Additionally, Stacy can work Holistically to integrate spiritual philosophies with her extensive background in Kabbalah, Buddhism, and A Course In Miracles (ACIM). Currently, Stacy is offering all sessions over a secure Zoom video platform. She has provided support to individuals, couples, and groups, and has conducted numerous workshops covering a wide range of subjects, including but not limited to relationships, effective communication, sexuality, healing, self-awareness, fostering creativity, and personal development.
