I bought my bed and bed frame from here. The mattress is medium firm, very comfortable, and reasonably priced. The store clerks are very nice and the service is always great! I was so lucky to win a 2.4-meter-tall Christmas tree as a gift this year! I had a great shopping experience here.

We are newcomers in Canada and first-time purchases are difficult for us. We chose and bought mattresses in Slep Country. Everything felt right till the delivery date. We missed the delivery and the Delivery Company said that they can deliver mattresses only next week. In that case, we would have no place where to sleep in our new apartment and that's with 2 kids. I came to the Richmond store in Ironwood with this problem very desperate and with no hope to fix the things. Luckily for me, there was a manager Tony who really helped me out in this very uncomfortable situation. He did everything to schedule my delivery on the same day although it was an absolutely independent delivery company. Thanks, Tony, and nice to know that there are people in the world who understand other people's trouble. We are also on our way to write the next review as soon as we try our mattresses.

I just got home from purchasing a mattress at this location. Let me tell you. If you need a new mattress and just don’t want to deal with pushy salespeople. This is the place to go to! If you’re ever at this store for a new mattress etc or just want to know more on what you need ask for Roy.
