Bill is super friendly and helpful in finding us this amazing bamboo silk rug. He is not pushing at all or trying to upsell us. Instead, he just gave us the guidelines and answered questions with his friendly smile and left us alone while taking a look at the rugs. I felt comfortable and welcomed by their service. :) Thank you! Will come shop again.

The whole experience was very positive. I have nothing negative to say. It made all the difference in choosing which flooring we liked best when Kuba gave us some extra large samples to take home. He was very friendly, and gave us some good tips to look out for when the flooring was being installed. Their prices were very reasonable as well, lower than a couple other stores we compared with.

Recommend using Word of Mouth Floors. We installed flooring in most of our house 5 years ago and was looking for the same flooring in two additional rooms. We had the floor brand and color name. Cody was able to find out that the flooring was still available but the color name had changed. Cody sent a sample so the we could verify and it was an exact match. Thanks you for the effort in finding the right flooring.

Great experience! We had a floor in mind and Kuba was quick to send samples, follow up, and coordinate everything we needed for ordering and delivery to the island. Pricing is excellent and they even phoned to check in to make sure the delivery went smoothly. Great service—highly recommend!

JORDANS FLOORING OUTLET REVIEWS

Wayne and Nick were both very helpful in showing me carpets appropriate for the 2 areas of my home needing replacement. As we have dogs, I was delighted to find out about the new pet resistant carpets and underlay. Wayne was particularly conscientious when we ran into discontinued colour lines by bringing me various options. The time lines I was given were bang on and the installation went very smoothly. Shawn, the installer, made some great adjustments between the old remaining carpets and underlay and the new to keep the surfaces even and smooth. We are very pleased with the result and the procedures.

Lucy was amazing to work with! She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and really listened to what I needed. She made the whole process easy and stress-free, and her suggestions were spot on. Highly recommend asking for Lucy!

Carpet installed yesterday. Looks good. Installer was very nice, and professional. Wayne was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
