My parents had a very positive experience during their three-plus years at Gilmore Gardens. The facility is very well-managed, and the staff consistently helpful and friendly. The building and its surroundings are attractive and well-maintained. There were always plenty of daily activities and special events with performers from the community. My mother particularly enjoyed the tranquil and lovely garden area in the courtyard. I highly recommend Gilmore Gardens.

After interviewing several similar organizations in Vancouver, my daughters and I decided to send their father here to recuperate after a minor stroke. He is now settling in nicely and started to like the services, people and food provided by the home. We found the home extremely well run under the General Manager Mirandah Sinden, with impressive teamwork among all the staff and workers. We cannot be more pleased with this home, without which we would have to spend a lot more time and energy managing their father's well beings. Thank you Gilmore homes, we are forever grateful.

Gilmore Gardens offer a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, the staff is friendly and caring. There's a lot of activities for seniors and a variety of amenities at the residence to enjoy and stay busy. I highly recommend this community to my clients who are downsizing.

We met with Camila Nunes to discuss our ailing father’s needs. She was most gracious to take the time and explain in detail to me and to my three sisters what Courtyard Retirement could provide to our dad as well as give us a tour of the facility. The place is beautiful, clean and looks like the staff is very caring. The meeting was not a sales pitch, it was addressing the needs of our 94 year old father and whether the facility was the right fit for him. Once he is mobile and semi independent, we will for sure re-visit the facility and make a decision to have him live there where we can be confident he is being cared for properly. Camila even offered lunch to us, very generous. Thank you again for your hospitality and in depth knowledge you provided.

My family and father toured Courtyard Gardens in September and were impressed with the brightness, cleanliness, and food of the retirement facility. My Dad had a health event the next month that did not allow him to live alone anymore. I immediately called Courtyard Gardens. The General Manager, LPNs, and aides worked quickly to accomodate my Dad in a beautiful room. My Dad is now visiting with the other residents and enjoying the great food and atmosphere of Courtyard Gardens. I am grateful for the compassion and expert care they are providing my Dad and their understanding of our situation.

This Facility is very clean and comfortable with many amenities. The staff are wonderful caring people. My father in law has been very happy here.
