From start to finish and even after sale, Khalid gave us the highest level of service and honesty, seldom seen in todays construction landscape .Even when there were small issues or service calls Khalid went above and beyond to handle all concerns including driving hours and hours to the job site from his own personal time to make sure we were taken care of. Even while on family vacation he was available to answer all our emails and calls and was available during install to answer any and all questions my installers had . I have wood framed windows and Island Glass was willing to replace the glass whereas some other companies wouldn’t touch them. From the initial measurements to the replacement, the team that came to my home were very professional and explained the process clearly as to how they would be removing trim work to access the glazing. They advised me they could not guarantee the custom fir trim would not crack upon removal. Everything went exactly to plan. There were no issues whatsoever. I recommended them to a client with wood windows and Island Glass has done an excellent job there too, replacing the glazing in 13 windows.
