Dealt with this store entirely by phone as I already knew which bed/model I wanted. Service was friendly and efficient. They were even proactive for rescheduling delivery when there was a chance we might enter another full lockdown. I was very impressed with every person I spoke to by phone and everyone went very smoothly.

Our experience was exceptional. Our sales representative Kevin was beyond knowledgeable about all the products and helping use figure out what the best mattress for our needs. He listened to exactly what our preferences were in order to find us the best mattresses. I certainly recommend this store and Kevin when looking for a new mattress. A++ service!!
