Dr. Michael Fehlings - TORONTO WESTERN HOSPITAL

After living in pain for 18 months and with no help from multiple doctors I was fortunate enough to be referred to Dr. Fehlings. He was able to give me a diagnosis, a solution, a timely surgery all while being empathetic to the journey I had been on. I am not one to say this lightly but I am eternally grateful he came into my life.

Firstly, I'm up in my office typing this and still overwhelmed by awe and emotion over the details and success of my spinal cord tumor removal surgery...I can't keep rereading the Operative Notes...Absolutely incredible! As per Dr. Fehlings, he is clearly a gift and my new Hero...He knows I kept referring to him as my Rock Start Super Star because that's who he is. With my little research on my ordeal, it's clearly true that there's no other in Canada that would have been capable of sucessfully performing this....No Doubt! With all my deepest and sincerest appreciation, gratitude and blessing, I thank you to the end of the earth!!

This is a five year anniversary following surgery for cervical myelopathy. The impact on my life has been remarkable. I owe Dr. Fehlings and his team a debt of gratitude.
