I’ve been going Optical Connection for just over 2 years now. My whole family now goes there. I was referred there by my brother in law. The service is TOP NOTCH. All staff go out of their way to attend to you. The selection they have in store is unreal as the cater to all budgets and styles. The optometrists are also very friendly, they take their time explaining the various tests and make you feel they genuinely care about your eye health. I made the switch from my previous eye care place and have not regretted it.

Optical Connection had a great selection, friendly staff and competitive prices! Nathan was fantastic! He listens to his customers and is really knowledgeable and provides great advice! We were there for several hours and he was always patient and helpful! It’s refreshing to go somewhere with such great customer service! I was also able to get an eye appointment the same day so I can get an updated prescription. I ended up purchasing a pair of prescription glasses and sunglasses!

First time buying specialized prescription glasses, and after shopping around I found the service at Optical Connection, specifically with the client representative Gisele, to be excellent which made my decision easier. Gisele explained all the options for my boosted lenses carefully and patiently. I was able to order the frames I really wanted and learned a lot about the industry along the way! Thank you for a smooth and enjoyable experience!

Having been a loyal customer of Ajax Optical for the past 8 years, I can confidently say that they consistently provide exceptional service and quality eyewear. The staff especially Fred is always friendly, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to ensure that I find the perfect frames. The optometrists conveniently located right upstairs are thorough and attentive, making each eye exam a comfortable experience. With a wide selection of stylish eyewear and the latest lens technology, Ajax Optical truly exceeds expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of vision care!

I have been going to this Ajax Optical location for 36 years. I have dealt with Fred. Fred is phenomenal , extremely knowledgeable, and always helps find the right frame. I have never been unhappy with the frames chosen. The selection of frames is boundless. Prices are great. I highly recommend Ajax Optical and the staff. Staff are parnon. I moved to Oshawa and still come here, always will.

Great place to go. The owners are very knowledgeable and friendly. Got my glasses back in October and they are still fantastic! They are very willing to help and be flexible. I had concerns about my eyes and glasses I had in the past and they were very willing to work with me on it. Overall would recommend.

I have been going to Ace optical for a number of years now and they never disappoint. This time I thought that I would shop around but ended up there once again. They helped me select the perfect glasses to suit me . They are kind and courteous and I highly recommend their service.
