When you are at the pharmacy store and hear the owner remembering customers' names, you will be able to tell this place is so community oriented and the staff is treating customers like family. Knowing Bowen for many years he has always been our go to trusted pharmacist with his knowledge and passion I see his place being the best pharmacy store I can possibly find.

Amazing staff. Great pharmacists. Super friendly. Very efficient and quick and the prices are cheaper for meds here than other pharmacies. I’ve picked up medication at other pharmacies and they charge more. I don’t have insurance so I pay out of pocket and I noticed the price difference. Overall great friendly smart staff. They know what they’re doing. Bowen is great and hires really nice awesome pharmacists.

Bowen and his staff are simply amazing. They are always friendly and more than willing to help you any way they can . I live in Pickering but will continue to drive to Ajax for my prescriptions just for the service.

I went to the beauty section today to exchange a perfume i had gotten as a gift . I was kind of stressed out since i had no recipt and i couldn't use the perfume since i was allergic . Stephanie helped me and she had excellent customer service skills . She helped me find my recipt on my points card , and i changed my perfume to one i could use , aswell as i also purchased a second perfume . She was so amazing and helped me so much , and was so patient with everything . She even went out of her way to gift wrap one of my perfumes . The other lady working at the beauty boutique helped me too but i didn't get her name ( she has blonde hair ) . I am very happy with my experience today . definetly will always come here .

I had a great customer service experience with an associate named Shea from the fragrance department. I feel she went the extra mile for me and i appreciated the time she spent on handling my concerns. Shes definately an asset to this location in more ways than one.

I went to this location as I was in the area. I wanted to look at eyeshadows in the beauty boutique. I had a lovely lady help me her name was Oriana. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I really appreciated her patience and suggestions. Excellent customer service!
