Dr John is amazing! He took care of both my girls teeth and was always helpful and answered my questions to help me make the best decision for my kids. After my eldest was done with braces, her dentist recommended a few procedures and I went to Dr. John for his advice. He took the time to explain to me what was happening with my daughter even though he didn't really need to. He takes care of his patients and has always been accommodating. Thank you Dr John.

I had a wonderful experience with Durham Orthodontics and Dr. John. He was patient with me throughout the whole process with my Invisalign treatment and ordered extra aligners even for the smallest tooth movement whenever I asked for them. Anytime I asked to move my teeth a certain way he was attentive and implemented his plan for me fully. Furthermore it was really refreshing walking into a doctors office and being greeted by his staff with a smile every time I walked in. Great experience. And I would highly recommend them 10/10.

From my initial appointment to my last appointment Dr. John & Staff have been fantastic , the office environment and staff are very friendly and welcoming. I am so thankful that I visited this orthodontist! I had a very large overbite when I first met him, we were initially planning on having an orthodontic treatment with braces for a year and then jaw surgery. I ended up not having the jaw surgery and extending my orthodontic treatment for 2.5 years. Dr. Cohen transformed my smile. Even once I had fully paid up my braces he continued to work on my teeth with no questions. He listened to all of my concerns and ensured that the end result was as perfect as possible. I believe that he went above and beyond with me. His team member Brandi is also incredible. She is kind and does great work.

When we found that our daughter needs braces to fix her overbite problem. We went to several orthodontists in Toronto area to do our homework. Luckily, one of our friends recommended Dr Cohen and we decided to proceed with him for the treatment. Dr Cohen was courteous and compassionate. He knows his work well and made us feel like a family member at his office. He completed the treatment within the promised time period and was always available for any emergency visits if required. The only problem we faced during the last six months of treatment was changing the scheduled time. It was hard to get any closer dates whenever we wanted to reschedule the appointments. But that might be due to his increasing popularity and care for his patients. We strongly recommend Dr Cohen to anyone who needs an orthodontist. My daughter not only has a beautiful, confident smile, she also has a perfect bite.

Dr. Cohen did incredible work on my child. My son had a very severe overbite and his entire mouth needed quite a sufficient amount of work. After 3 years my child looks amazing. His teeth are perfectly straight and the extremely large overbite is gone. The staff and Dr. Cohen are wonderful. Thank you for the amazing work.
