Before coming here, this condition made simple tasks unbearable, let alone pursuing my hobbies. Dr. Haslin's personalized exercise programs were a game-changer, guiding me through each step of the healing process. The kind and front desk staff made every visit a pleasure. Beth Hurren is hands down one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk into her space, she makes you feel at ease with her calm, kind, and professional presence. She truly listens to your concerns and tailors each session to meet your individual needs. Beth is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and her technique is both therapeutic and relaxing. Whether you’re dealing with chronic tension, recovering from an injury, or just need to unwind, she knows exactly how to help. I always leave feeling noticeably better both physically and mentally. I can’t recommend her enough. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and has the skills to back it up, Beth is the one to see!

Shruti and her team at Integrate Physio and Rehab are fantastic! I felt very comfortable and at ease the moment I arrived. You can feel a family spirit in the clinic immediately. They greet you by name and genuinely care about your well-being. Beth, the massage therapist, is patient and knowledgeable. My muscles feel 'worked' but relaxed at the same time. Elijah, the chiropractor, is a godsend. I was so misinformed about chiropractors, but he took the time to explain what he does and why our bodies tend to need help. My healing journey is in good hands with everyone at Integrate.
