VITALAIRE AJAX REVIEWS

VitalAire has been my service provider for years now. While I had difficulty at times with an individual who is no longer there (Pickering location), I have to say that VitalAire has more than met my needs. When I was travelling out of province, I had an issue with my CPAP and was referred to a location where I was at (Abbotsford, BC). They very quickly replaced the machine. Since returning home, I visited the new location in Ajax and was treated with the same respect as I received in the Abbotsford, BC, location. Thank you to the Ajax staff and specifically Catherine, who was so accommodating and patient while answering all of my questions about the different machines and the differences between them. I didn't feel rushed at all, and I very much appreciated that.

I was impressed how they answered my questions and now with their follow-up service.

It was a pleasure to deal with the staff at this Vital Aire location in Ajax. They were very helpful, informative, very knowledgeable and friendly.
