3 Best Walk-In Medical Clinics in Ajax, ON

They're fast, efficient, and I always feel heard and properly evaluated, sometimes even more so than with my own family doctor. Plus, I forgot her name but, the doctor in the lovely dresses is especially impressive. They were one of the few clinics open for in-person appointments during COVID, which deserves recognition. I'll stick with this location no matter the distance because of their amazing staff and doctors. Keep up the excellent work.

The receptionist was very helpful by understanding I couldn’t wait an hour in a busy waiting room with a sick baby. She told me what the approximate wait time was and when I returned, I was seen shortly after. The clinic is managed well considering how busy it is.

I had a great experience in this place, I came twice for an ultrasound done by Mrs sevan, she is very professional, nice and helpful. I absolutely recommend this place.

I started to use this clinic as I needed prescriptions and my family doctor had retired and the other doctors at that office were not taking new patients. It was a real adjustment for me to show up without an appointment and deal with the extended waiting time. Now I check in and find how long the wait time is and return at that time. I am totally satisfied with this clinic and especially with Dr. Li. She has made changes to the meds that I take and had me go for Ultra sound and Xrays on my knees because of the pain I was experiencing. I went to Westney Heights Medical Centre this morning to have my right ear checked. I had been experiencing loss of hearing for close to two months already. I tried different ways of trying to clear my ear in case the problem was an obstruction due to ear wax putting olive oil, a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and water, etc., but nothing seemed to work. I was concerned that there was a permanent issue that would require my using a hearing aid. Dr. Donna Li of the clinic examined my ear and advised me that the problem was just a build-up of wax and right then and there cleared it with a water flush. This was a great relief. Everytime I visit the clinic I ask for Dr. Li as I find her to be very responsive in attending to my medical issues and in the past has gone out of her way to ensure that my issues are resolved. Overall a very pleasant experience. Dr. Sage took care of my family very deligently and patiently listened to all our questions. There was one nurse on duty but she was extremely efficient and very caring. The front desk ladies seemed a little less polite but its understandable, they see all sorts of people everyday hence the attitude. I would definately come back when needed.

This is the best urgent care clinic I have been to. Quick and efficient. The Reception staff, Nurse and Doctor were all friendly and professional.

I have been going to One health since years , I a m going to Dr. Mashali , he is an excellent doctor by profession and as a person. I always take his advise for all my health related issues and found him very supportive and helpful.
