Purchased Ray-Ban Mera glasses from LensCrafters today and was happy with the experience. The sales representative Mr.Kanwar went above and beyond to identify the perfect model I wanted and made sure I was happy and satisfied. They have 30 days happiness guarantee program which is good. Good place to shop for spectacles and sunglasses.

I had a great experience at Bramalea! They gave me time to browse on my own initially, and when I needed assistance, they were right there to help. They talked me through my options wiht my insurance coverage and were friendly and helpful throughout the process. Ended up purchasing two pairs of sunnies with prescription.

Friendly people & great store! Visited today to fix my mom’s glasses. Grateful that Hazel happily did it under 2 minutes! Also, looked around the store and they have a great selection of both prescription and sun glasses!

I recently received my new glasses here at Eye Optical and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. The store has a vast variety of glasses as well as sun glasses in all shapes and sizes. They make the whole experience very stress free and are also very cost friendly. What sets Eye Optical apart is their customer service, specifically Jasmine. Her and the staff will go above and beyond for every customer, helping you find the best glasses as well as providing you with honest opinions when asked. I was also happy with the short amount of time for my glasses. They were ready for pickup sooner than expected, and the fit was perfect right out of the case. if you're looking for a reliable place to get your next pair of glasses, I'd highly recommend Eye Optical. They are the best. Thank you for all your help Eye Optical, I'll definitely be back soon!

Reached out to Eye Optical and within half hour or less I received a phone call back to get a same day appointment. Walking in you experience a friendly atmosphere, staff was nice. The DR explained everything very well and made my daughter feel very comfortable for her first ever eye exam. I am pleased with their service and will most definitely make that our eye care spot.

I am so happy I was referred by a friend to this location! The staff are very friendly and accommodating, my children and I were in the best hands. We all received eye examinations and glasses without any issues, and I loved that everything was in the same building. I will definitely be back again!!
