My very first visit to Osteopath Joe Peternel was great. I knew I needed to get treatment but I was surprised at how badly I needed that visit. That was in April. Once the treatment was over I felt great after a few days. Joe took the time to explain what he was doing and gave me exercises to ensure I was going to benefit from the treatment in the long term. Needless to say I returned for more treatment and this time around it was even BETTER. So knowledgeable and treatments are effective. I will keep him in my back pocket because the treatments are very helpful. Thank you Joe.

I had tried various treatments for persistent neck, back and shoulder pain and felt that osteopathy was something that finally worked to help me long term. Mateusz was very patient in explaining the treatments and helping me to understand what was happening throughout treatments. I would highly recommend him and this clinic.

I've just started my journey with naturopathy and osteopathy and my experiences with Dr. Isha and Mindy have been very positive. They are both very welcoming and after just one session with Mindy I feel like I can breathe easier and I feel so much more aligned. Really looking forward to more positive changes with the help from both of them.

Consuelo is the best osteopath in the GTA area. She is very professional, knowledgeable and has magic in her hands. I had chronic pain in my lower back, knees and shoulders from years and I have gotten many treatments but Consuelo’s osteopathic treatment is most effective and it has helped me a lot. Not only my body feels lighter and more flexible but my brain also feels relaxed after the treatment.I have recommended her ti many of my friends and everyone had very positive experiences. I would highly recommend Con if you have any kind of pain or stiffness in your joins or muscles.

I have had really tight back and shoulders. Consuelo has helped me a lot. She is super friendly and takes her work very seriously. She cares about helping her clients and after every treatment, I leave feeling like I'm on a cloud. My body feels less tight and more light! Highly recommend.

Cons is a highly skilled professional. I started the treatment for the back and knee pain. Cons has an accurate understanding and a clear treatment plan. I am highly satisfied with the results. It has helped me with the stiffness, pain and flexibility of the muscles and joints.

Tita Mabel is very keen to detail and knowledgeable about Osteo care while providing a very relaxing massage, hitting all your concerned back pain etc. I highly recommend her since she has a different take on therapy massage.
