MINDY PARMAR, DOMP - SYNERGISTIX HEALTH AND WELLNESS REVIEWS
I am so thankful to have been introduced to Synergistix. It's helped me so much and I've shared with others. Thanks for providing such life changing services. I appreciate the quality care with great professionals who really listen, provide reassurance and create relief, especially during this challenging time. Joe, the osteopath and Maiya the rmt are top notch! Mindy is also exceptional for creating a health and wellness space where you feel really cared about. Thanks again.
Mindy is amazing! Shes been helping our 2 month old with positional torticollis. Shes gentle and very good with him. We’ve already started to see improvements after 2 treatments. Highly recommend!
I can’t say enough good things about this practice. Osteopathy with Mindy has completely changed my outlook; I walked in after dealing with severe hip, back and leg pain for over a year that left me feeling hopeless and depressed. Every move hurt. I am now having more good days than bad and each day notice less and less pain and am able to experience life again. Simple things like being able to wash the dishes without pain means so much to me now and I know I will continue to heal. Mindy is incredibly talented and so good at what she does. Thank so much, Mindy!

JALPA - PHYSIOTHERAPY FIRST REVIEWS
From initial consult to treatment to after treatment service I had a wonderful experience. The staff are focused on listening to your individual needs, identifying trouble areas, and creating a targeted plan to ensure your recovery. I would recommend this clinic to anyone that’s looking for a clean and professional environment with a focus on results. Thank you!
I would like to thank the whole team who have been amazing and welcoming. it is really hard to find good team that really cares and who really listens. they offer so many treatments and have been wonderful with managing my appointments! thank you the admin staff who has been coordinating all my appointments with the Chiro/physio and massage!!!
Highly recommend Physiotherapy First, they are professional, caring and understanding of everyone's unique needs. I have used them twice and both times they helped me with recovery and getting me back to good health. The first visit was due to a car accident and hip injury and recently bursitis in my shoulder. I appreciate their support and their staff provides nothing but top notch service. Thank you for all that you do and when in need you will always be my first choice and go too.

CONSUELO FIDELIS MARIE BRINGAS, DOMP - OSTEOHEALTH OSTEOPATHY CLINIC INC. REVIEWS
I have my own share of back pains and frozen shoulders from my previous jobs in the warehouse and long-pain taking desk job. Though traditional physiotherapy and chiropractic therapy are very helpful in managing my physical pains, I still found osteopathy to be very effective means of alternative health approach. For over a year now, my osteopath, Cons Bringas, has treated not just me but my entire family for a number of problems. Her skill level is outstanding, often treating the cause from the existing symptoms. She is a friendly person, a good conversationalist and is very empathetic, the characteristics I am.looking for to anyone who treats my body. I give credit to my family's good health and flexibility to her treatments and advice. - GS
My osteopath, Consuelo Bringas, is great in helping me with my chronic neck, shoulder and back pain. She is able to pinpoint the exact source of my pain and focus on healing that area. Thanks to Cons, I feel a whole lot better that I am confident in recommending her to my co-workers and friends. - JT
Consuelo is great. I thought only my neck was tight but it turns out I had super tight hips as well and never even knew. Feel much better after treatments. Consuelo also gave excersizes and tips for tight muscles.
