Modo is an amazing place I have been teaching hot yoga, bootcamp classes, and yogalates at this studio for several months now and I absolutely LOVE IT. The owners are so kind and so genuine, and the community is so warm & welcoming. It’s above and beyond a yoga studio… it’s an uplifting space for spiritual growth and development with like-minded people. The team even goes so far as to organize community events and challenges to engage members. They have a diverse array of classes, with something for everyone. Come flow with us .

Modo yoga Brampton is a tranquil oasis. A true “home away from home” family vibe. The skilled instructors guide with acceptance and encourage individual modified practice during classes. Classes for all different levels always incorporating a very peaceful and relaxing experience. Modo Yoga Brampton is a studio that elevates and nurtures physically, emotionally and mentally bringing your life’s journey to the next level.

Just started doing Yoga this year. This studio has been amazing. the community is so welcoming. The teachers are so kind and patient. Really amazing staff and super massive studio and very clean. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a nice yoga studio in Brampton.

Went here for a reformer class. The staff are so nice and incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I had a class with Rebecca and she was incredibly helpful. During my experience, I took a Pilates foundations class. She really catered the class based on the abilities and needs of the participants. It was extremely inclusive and informative. If you are looking to try reformer Pilates I would take a class here and start with the foundations class. You really learn a lot of the basic and important movements. Highly recommend all staff are great!.

I had my first yoga class ever yesterday. I was scared and considered cancelling. I'm so glad I went. The instructor Kim was kind and welcoming. She checked on me a few times during the class. I was very happy there were options within each pose that I could modify and participate in. I'm looking forward to attending again and continuing my wellness journey. Thank you Aura House!!!!.

They have a wide variety of classes like Pilates ,Strech and Destress yoga ,Gentle yoga,Vinyasa and Sunflow yoga to choose from depending on your needs.Small class sizes and individual attention chanels every session into progress.

The atmosphere is calming and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and truly passionate about what they do. Each class leaves me feeling stronger, more centered, and less stressed.

Love ending my day off with yoga stretch and de-stress at the brampton location with Poonam and Manika. Everyone here has a very welcoming vibe and it's a intimate group where we are able to practice our moves correctly!.
