3 Best Opticians in Laval, QC

If you want to experience top-notch customer service, then you need to seek guidance from David Asselin. Despite the complexity of my case, this optician was able to provide me with suitable solutions for every obstacle. He displayed a genuine interest in my situation and his caring approach came with a positive attitude. I was greatly impressed by his service that I felt compelled to write this review.

I was served by Katherine today. I had an incredible experience with her! All the checkmarks were checked off with her from her sincere willingness to help, her professionalism, her attentiveness, her knowledge, and i could go on !! I have tried so many various glasses from many different stores but as soon as I made contact with her, everything changed. It was a very pleasant and very helpful and most pleasant experience that I had. It was actually the last glasses store amongst many that I had visited. I don't fancy glasses and was exhausted with trying on so many different pairs from so many different stores. I was about to throw in the towel and give up if it wasn't due to my wonderful experience with Katherine. Her sincerity and honesty were what really made the difference between me either not buying glasses at all or go somewhere else. Thank you very much Katherine!!

Went to a bunch of locations in the area for glasses. This store was by far the most competitive and the selection was huge! Prices are as good as on the internet plus you get service! Highly recommend.

Their prices are awesome! You must visit them before buying elsewhere. They also have nice stuff for kids.

Always great service when I got there. The staff is super friendly and always open to help out. I went there for new prescription and within 10 days got my glasses. My sales rep has impeccable taste and style and always up to date on the latest. They are quick, friendly, and prices are great !

This place is really good! Customer service is number 1 and the staff is really taking care of you from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out of this place. The prices are really affordable and the glasses are beautiful. Definitely going to buy again in the future!

Recently Purchases 2 pair of Glasses, great service, great prices, glasses were delivered before expected date, friendly atmosphere, was served by Paula & Amir, both went out of there way to make sure I was 100% comfortable and satisfied. 5 stars from me.
