Hakim Optical North Bay

I would like to thank Marlene in North Bay for the great costumer service the we received in Aug. 5,2023. One side of my glasses broke and she took the time to find a replacement without hesitation. Thanks for the quick and friendly service.

I popped into the Hakim Optical in North Bay and I was impressed. I had damaged new glasses that I purchased at another optical store in Ottawa but the gentleman took care of them for me, at no charge. Nice store, great service. I will be back when I need new glasses.

My sunglasses broke so popped in to see if they could fix. Did not even buy them there, Marlene was incredible. Fixed why I waited and would not take a cent. Awesome service.
