It is always a pleasure and a wonderful experience when visiting the store. Since moving to North Bay many many years ago and had a recommendation to go to their store for glasses....well...it's the only eyewear store I'll get glasses or my prescription lenses from. Just recently (time of writing this review) I got my first set of bi-focal lenses and they walked me through how to effectively use them properly and it was fantastic. Everything from the experience, kindness and always so enthusiastic about the lenses and or the glasses makes the experience of buying glasses enjoyable. The experience feels like how a family business should be. If you're looking for glasses this is the place to go!!

You can tell the passion as soon as you walk through the door. Joe is attentive, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. He cares about his customers and provides them with a diverse range of quality products at fair prices.

Even after moving to Hamilton, the staff here go above and beyond, making sure my glasses get to me in short order. Top notch customer service and selection. My father has been going to this buisness for over 30 years, and I have been a patron for almost 20.
