Great customer service! We got our prescription glasses from here and impressed with the service they provided (Natalya and Jamie). We went in to choose our frames, they measured us and even helped when my child had a nose bleed. When we collected our glasses, Ale was so helpful with our questions. We never felt rushed during the both times we were there.

Ale was an amazing sales associate, he was very patient and friendly with me. He took the time to ensure I had a great experience while making sure I choose the right frames. I would definitely recommend for anyone who is into trending and gorgeous glasses to pay them a visit. Overall, great store, great employees and great glasses. Thanks again Ale.

Just left the Upper Canada Mall store and the team there was fantastic. I came in with my old pair of glasses that i needed to use temporarily and they were broken and less then 45 minutes later i am leaving with them fixed, no questions asked. Top notch customer service!
