Optiks International

This post is long overdo but here it is. My husband and I have been dealing with Optiks International for years and we have always had excellent service. A couple of months ago my glasses broke and they ordered the same ones for me out of Kamloops. I got them and had my lenses put in. There were some major issues once that was done - too long a story to explain. However, Susan Wells was able to fix the issues when other members of staff could not. She was professional, personable and real pleasure to deal with! Susan is an exemplary employee and a huge asset to the Optiks team in Sherwood Park. Thank you Susan.
