Eternally thankful to the helpful staff especially Peggy at Pearle vision in Sherwood Mall. without them I wouldn’t be able to go to work on the pipeline. She helped me find the right safety guards for my glasses and she was super informative and extremely accommodating during a stressful moment for me. Thanks Peggy. I’ll definitely be back when I need to get fitted for contacts.

If it were not for the Store Manager (Peggy) and her efforts, I would not have made any purchase at pearl vision at all. It is sooo difficult to find good customer service anywhere these days, and she was EXCEPTIONAL!!!. She took the time to explaine everything about what we were getting for our money, what we needed for our eyes, as well as recommendations and all cost options. If you want or need a real vision care specialist, go to this store - Sherwood Park Mall.

We have gone to Pearl Vision Sherwood Park for multiple pairs of glasses. The staff is awesome and always work to give you the best deal possible whether is a new pair or a warranty issue. A very family oriented business.
