My husband and I have been going to see Dr. Stephanie Strawn at Strawn & Co. for many years now. We are so happy she opened her practice here in West Kelowna. Dr. Strawn is a really great Optometrist. She provides such excellent care and we feel very comfortable knowing our vision care is in such capable and expert hands. Our visits with her are always, warm, friendly and thorough. She takes the time to go through the test results and we totally trust her judgment and recommendations. As well, ALL the staff at Strawn & Co. are amazing and so warm and welcoming. The Receptionists give you their undivided attention either when talking with you on the phone or in person when you arrive for your appointment. The Opticians are also awesome. I recently met with Carol who was so knowledgeable and helpful as I selected my new glasses.

I have some difficult issues with my eyes and the first time I went into the office, they were able to help me, even though I was just a walk in. I have since moved here, and continue to get my eyes checked at this office. I have been treated with kindness and professionalism, a winning combination in my eyes! I have been seen by many doctors there, but must say Dr. Strawn has been the best at explaining things to me. I would highly recommend this optometrist office for the great care that the doctors and staff have shown. Simply the best!

First visit to the clinic. Staff are very friendly , pleasant and beautiful atmosphere. State-of-the-art test equipment. Dr. Stephanie Strawn is very professional, kind and knowledgeable. She clearly explained everything. Overall a good experience and I would highly recommended Strawn & Co. Optometry.

I came in for an eye exam to update my prescription. The gentleman that greeted me was kind and welcoming, and made a point to pronounce my name correctly— which, to me, is important! Whilst conducting the exam, he was very transparent as to what he was doing and what I can expect, which is comforting when going into a “medical exam.” Whilst I was talking with the optometrist, that gentleman and another lady sought out some sample glasses for me (very similar to the ones I was wearing, great attention to detail!) and even offered to tighten the screws on my current glasses (+ cleaning) for free! Overall, very good experience and would recommend to anyone looking for an eye appointment.

I had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in the store I was greeted by two lovely helpful ladies, they took my insurance information, encouraged me to try on frames, just super personable women. The optometrist was really knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

The technician was very informative and helpful. He picked out a few styles for me to try and ultimately I went with one of his choices for the sunglasses. It was a pleasant experience picking new glasses and the price is reasonable.

Dr.Broschak and his team are great! I’ve been seeing him for 10 or more years now and am always impressed. He always makes sure I am comfortable with any changes we need to make and explains every situation in great detail. From the call to make my appointment until the time I left the office after my exam, everyone was very professional and polite.

Thank you for the quick and easy appointment. Dr. Broschak is very knowledgeable and more than happy to answer questions. With the upcoming expansion to the office, Dr.Broschak and associates will be able to serve more of the people in the area. Front staff was helpful with insurance and setting up my next appointment.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr Broschak for a number of years now and we really appreciate the time he takes to explain each step of our exams. We feel comfortable that we are getting the best care that is available. We would highly recommend him and his caring staff.
