Been recently switching to purchasing stuff and just like when it comes to selling the staff try there best to ensure top quality assistance and customer service. Even if they don't get it right the first time they are always willing to do what it takes to make it right. That's how you stay in business during these tough economic times. Great service, knowledgeable and friendly staff. If they can help you out, they will. Solid and good quality items, no cheap stuff that breaks. They are fair in pricing and buying. I've had many things from there for many years and they've served me well.

My wife recently had a browse at this location, and returned home very happy. Customer service is everything. We've used the Barrie location many times, and we love the service. Happy to say she came home raving about the excellent customer service she received at the Newmarket location this week. We have never had a bad experience with Hock Shop Canada!
