I use Norwest for consistent inspections to ensure my properties are well taken care of and I can't recommend them enough, I have my own contact Josh Koral who is extremely responsive and always makes time even when we forget to make our timely inspection appointments. Another thing I appreciate about my inspector is honest advice to do our own due diligence. Thanks to him I have happy tenants and safe properties.

Really great local company. The staff I encountered, the reception and technicians, were all so kind and helpful. Everyone totally eased my mind during a really stressful situation. All of the technicians I dealt with went above and beyond to be available to answer my questions and were super thorough with checking and treating my place. Would definitely recommend!

Reliable service. Timely, good communication as they remind us each year about when it's time to repeat the yearly service. Cluster flies were a huge problem in the fall and well into the winter. Nor-West Pest Control has solved this problem for us.
