The roofers we had scheduled found a wasp nest and couldn't work until it was dealt with. It would have taken weeks with the competition, but Orkin's service rep came out within hours and solved or problem. He was polite, professional, and personable.

Our service tech Wade was very thorough with his inspection of my father's home. He walked through the house with me and pointed out the areas of concern and explained the process of getting rid of the rodent problem. He explained and showed me where he put all the poison stations. I was very happy with the service he provided.
