Very educated, dedicated and professional staff who really care about their customers. Greeted with warm welcomes, careful instructions prior, and they are so respectful of the property as well as quiet while they go about their work. Excellent, thorough exterior sprays that effectively worked following their recommendations of frequency. They are super well priced for their quality of work and I am very grateful for the work they have done. They are also so very considerate and tidy while doing indoor work for ants. Would choose PPM any day everyday for all pest control needs.

Recently caught sight of carpenter ants in our house. Called PPM and left a voicemail. Jason returned our call the same day (evening) and helped put our mind at ease. Technician Cody was out within two days and was amazing to deal with. Set bait traps inside that were safe for an expecting mother and a home with pets followed by spraying the outside of our home. 10/10 they answered all our questions even ones we'd forgotten to ask after they had left.

PPM is an excellent company for pest control solutions. They sprayed our cottages and sites to rid the spider & bugs and did a wonderful job. They were timely, very efficient and easy to deal with. Highly recommended for any pest control needs.
