Top tier service and quality work. They replaced our old boiler and hot water unit with a combi boiler. We all know contacting contractors can be a stressful endeavour. But Dana’s communication in the office was prompt, polite and clear. The gent showed up for the quote was excellent and very informative. And of the 5 plumbers I met through the job, every one was super friendly and great at the job. They took care to move pipes (other contractors told us they wouldn’t/couldn’t do) to create a more functional space for us. The plumbing looks like a piece of art now.

High quality , reliable plumber. Will show up anytime for emergencies including when I had a hidden burst in my bathroom late on a Saturday night. They have also fixed drains including old cast iron, and plumbed in a new laundry room. What I love about them is they show up on time, know what they are doing, and do a great job. I find their plumbers are very professional, courteous, and explain what they will be doing and any options before they start work. They are not a bargain plumber but it’s done right by pros.
