Got a sewer line inspection performed and found some cracking in our old sewer line that needed to be repaired. Decided on a re-line of the sewer and scheduled an appointment for later in the year. When the time came for our appointment we found that the sewer had collapsed more under a large tree in our yard and was no longer suitable for a re-line. We were informed immediately of the condition and told that excavation was now the only option. We were assured that the price would not get out of hand, and we proceeded with the repair. It was done 3 days later and very efficiently and professionally. They were all done replacing the line from the house to the street in 2.5 days and without removing the tree Jake and Adam did a very good job communicating and keeping us informed. Thank you very much. Most impressive for us, this was an emergency. Our sewer had backed up, with heavy rain forecast overnight and for the next two days. We had phoned multiple companies, and finally settled on an appointment tomorrow afternoon. Mr. Rooter phoned at 9:30 PM to say they had finished with a client, and if we wanted, they could come be here in 30 minutes.

Kingsley was able to help me with my issues very quickly and took the time to explain how everything worked. I always like to know what's causing the issue and the process to fix so I can prevent or catch things better. Thank you for same day response and a very professional interaction.
