Norms Plumbing and Heating

Our hotwater tank had an element meltdown on Saturday morning. It produced an acrid smell with water and brown gucky stuff oozing out. By 3pm Norm's plumber showed up with a tank. Our system was a bit complicated with a large water filtering system, recycling pump, and water pressure reservoir. Hamish was very knowledgeable and quick to re and re while keeping everything clean using drop sheets. He even helped with the removal of the central vac unit so we could get the tanks through. Very impressed with all. It was also very nice to reach a live person on my initial call.

I was really impressed by the how fast and efficient the service was. I called regarding a pressing , but not urgent plumbing issue at about 9pm Monday and the techncian showed up at 10:15 am the next morning and quickly resolved the issue. I also appreciated the notification sent when tech was on his way which identified who would be arriving. Surprisingly, the bill seemed quite reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend .
