The only place for spa and pool in Thunder Bay. I have been dealing with Jim and Michelle since the opened and there is no other company that offers quality products as they do. Their support and service is second to none.
They offer great service. I email them on Sunday of a long weekend with a concern and got back to me in less than an hour.
Great sales and service. These folks know their Spas. And... they sell the best Spa made. The made in Canada Arctic. 2 thumbs up
