We decided to use Davies to find tenants for two properties and we are glad that we did. From the first interaction Siew was knowledgeable and available to answer any questions. The Davies team did a great job finding us wonderful tenants and doing all the things to get them happily situated. We needed a few works done on the property as well which they assisted with at a fair price. Will definitely be using Davies again in the future and would 10/10 recommend to any landlord looking for a property management company.

We are renting with Davies Property and it's a house. They offer different residences that you are able to pay. From apartments, houses, duplex, fourflex, etc They maintain good follow ups on things that needs to be maintained in the rental properties. The rental properties are all over the city of Edmonton. Their website says it all. Great company to rent to.
