We are new owners for M2 and I would like to personally thank Floria, one of the Welcome Coordinators for being so attentive and understanding. My parents are over 70 and my mother has been happy with her services which says a lot. It's nice to know that someone can answer my mom's questions without me being there. I am also happy with her services. She has been answering all of our questions and going above and beyond helping us out. You can tell she genuinely cares. Many of the issues we have are with the builder and realize it has nothing to do with her but she still tries to get the issue resolved. We just moved into this community, and I must say we are really impressed! The very first thing that I must say is the prompt and wonderful communication and behaviour of the property management members specially Maria and Sifat. From day one, the way they have responded to our each and individual queries, is really commendable and a big thanks for that! The property is well maintained, and even after being in the heart of a buzzing and busy Markham and Sheppard road intersection, its wonderfully quiet and peaceful! Even our neighbours are very welcoming and friendly. There is a play area for the kids, as well as well lit paved path to take a stroll in the evening. Overall, we are really happy to have found this place! Thanks!
