I have been a patient of Dr Stelzer for almost 3 years. During this time, Dr has helped me to restructure the way I think because my thoughts hurt my mind and body. With his help I have been able to cope and process situations that are outside my control but this is only possible with his advice and expertise that cannot be compared. Dr Stelzer is a blessing in my life, and he has helped me to improve my self-esteem, and self-confidence. Lastly, I appreciate he remembered facts that I share with him years ago and also for making time out of busy schedule to connect with me and to be available whenever I need to have a session with him. I cannot thank him enough for what he has done for me and also for helping me see the beauty of life outside my fearful thoughts.

Dr. Stelzer has truly been a beacon of light and an incredible resource during my VERY difficult mental health and ongoing struggles. The expertise this man provides and his availability is both incredibly comforting and has honestly helped turn my life around. I cannot thank Dr. Stelzer enough for his work, and look forward to continuing my work with him in the future.

Best psychiatrist in Manitoba. Extremely knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen to your concerns. He is not afraid to challenge your behavior and tell it like it is. He is very straightforward and direct, and does not sugarcoat things. I really like how professional he is and personable. He never dismisses your questions, and always makes sure you understand everything he is saying. Extremely good physician.

I know a patient of Dr. Brent Armstrong (psychiatrist) who has been madly in love with the good doctor while he’s been treating her for the past few decades. I think it’s an inappropriate relationship. And their visits and phone calls are really just personal social visits & calls. It’s time to set her straight. He’s not of any help. She’s a terrible awful person.

Dr Armstrong took me on after seeing me at my worst. I owe a lot of gratitude to him. He has made a difference in my life. He challenges me and I feel comfortable being brutally honest if I need too, He’s give me the stability I truly needed. He may be harsh at times but it’s for the better. He truly cares.
