“Cornell Community Centre is one of the best recreation centres in the City of Markham. There is a two-story indoor playground with slides, a rock climbing wall, gym equipment for children, and more. Drop-in hours allow parents to bring their children, and advanced registration is not required. Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children. The indoor playground is available for rental. The centre has an indoor 400-meter running/walking track, a dance studio, a huge variety of exercise machines, and free weights. Fitness members are provided an inclusive change room with a sauna and hot tub. The gymnasium offers many programs, including sports camps, drop-in sports, presentations, and competitions. The gymnasium is available for rental. A drop cloth divider is used to split up the gymnasium when required.”
