I went in the evening during the weekday and it was a good time to go, as not too busy. I love that this place is 24 hours, I stayed from 6pm to 11pm. The food was very good and priced very reasonably. I tried most of the healing spaces and enjoyed them all. I also got a massage that was very good. They also offer alot of nice amenities. In the shower space for women they had lots of extra face towels, disposable shower caps, even disposable tooth brushes. All you shampoo and soap are provided. I also like that you get little pajamas to wear and relax in. I don't mind that the bathing spaces are separated as I can relax a bit more. The staff were all very kind and friendly, and helped me as it was my first visit. I'm not sure why people are saying it's expensive. I've been to several different spas quite frequently, including nordik, koena, and glow spa. I find Nordik much pricier with less amenities since most is just the hot pools. I've spent double there including food and treatment than what I paid at go place. I'll definitely be back!

I love coming here. Very kind and attentive staff that made our experience very memorable! We stayed for around 6-8 hours and enjoyed the massage chairs, dining and relaxation time. The trainee who was attending the massage chairs was very kind & offered us tea and ensured we were okay during our time and stay! Highly recommend to try out the seafood fried noodles, maki (8 pieces) and their inhouse smoothies.

This spa place is incredible! I truly enjoyed every second of it. It has a variety of sauna rooms, ice-room, yoga room, common space for relaxation, pool and jacuzzi, restaurant and more. This is an incredible place and I would recommend you to go there for the whole day, just to relax Cannot wait to visit it again sometime soon!

I experienced a 45 minute deep tissue massage and deep tissue it was! There was even an option for someone to step on my back if needed. There are bars on the ceiling for the massage therapist to hold onto yet I opted for mere hands on pressure instead. My favourite part was the hot towels on my body at the end which is a nice touch especially to wipe up the massage oil. Very straight forward and love their flexibility of hours here.

I had an amazing experience with the deep tissue massage at Aroma Day Spa, Markham. The therapist was highly skilled and provided just the right amount of pressure to relieve my tension and knots. The ambiance was soothing, and the staff was very professional and welcoming. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend Aroma Day Spa for anyone in need of a rejuvenating massage. Five stars!

I love the flexible hours at Aroma Day Spa. I've been to Aroma Day Spa numerous times now and we've had an excellent experience every time! The staff are professional and kind. Prices are reasonable. They provide insurance receipts when needed. And their 1 hour foot massage and 1 hour massage combo is completely worth it! Would definitely recommend!

Ashgrove Spa is AMAZING!!! All the girls are so friendly and the service is beyond expectation. I get my hair (balayage) done with Preya and I am BEYOND impressed. She knows what she is doing and you can tell she genuinely cares about you and what you want. First time in my life where random people actually stop me and tell me my hair looks amazing and ask where I get it done. I would definitely recommend Preya and everyone at Ashgrove. She is my hairstylist FOR LIFE.
