Best on Top Roofing

I contacted a number of local companies about removing a chimney. They responded quickly, and were able to fit me in with a half day job almost immediately due to a cancellation. Job was done expertly and they left the roof in better shape than before by taking care of a few little things they saw. Reasonable price and outstanding service. I would use them again. Looking at the one star reviews makes me wonder if it's the same company I hired, or maybe a different team of roofers, because the people that showed up knew what they were doing.

I will preface my negative comment by saying up front that the crew that came and did our roof was professional, courteous, worked expediently, and cleaned up completely. The roof looks amazing, and we are extremely satisfied now! The only issue we had was that it was supposed to have been done last year... there were issues with communication (complete lack of it) that made us think we were never going to hear from the company again. HOWEVER, those issues have been resolved, and once Dan contacted us this year, the roof was completed quickly. Thank you again for the service you provided

Dan responded quickly to my urgent request to replace a vent cover. He contacted Matt who was within 20 kms and replaced the vent cover within 2 hrs. Matt and his helper were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient - Glenn H

There were a lot of excellent points to working with Best on Top. Dan answered the phone immediately, we were scheduled for the very next day, the guys showed up with everything they needed, and the whole thing took less than 45 minutes even in the wet winter weather. Very pleasant workers, great attitude and very professional work. I will not hesitate to work with them again - Leon
