Cardero's Restaurant's talented kitchen team prepares your food from their open kitchen. The restaurant Live Bait Marine Pub features live music Sunday through Thursday from 9 pm. They have vegetarian, vegan, organic, and gluten-free options.

2025 Update: They offer reservation options, and cardero's patio and group dining for private events. The Group dining room that can accommodate up to 20 people and Cardero's patio that accommodate up to 50 people.

The Sandbar offers seafood cuisine and sushi featuring mussels, clams, jumbo prawns, two lobster tails and more. Gui Ayrao is the general manager, and Darren Szeto is the executive chef. Tsutomu Hoshi is the master sushi chef of the restaurant. He earned his title after 10 years of training in Japan. The restaurant has several private spaces, including the Crush Room (accommodates up to 22 guests), the Mezzanine (a semi-private room for 35–45 guests), the East Dining Room (seats up to 50), and a heated and covered rooftop patio (up to 50 guests). The Sandbar features open kitchen, lounge and sushi bar. They offer happy hour menus, gluten friendly and vegetarian options.
