3 Best Seafood Restaurants in Vancouver, BC

The restaurant was situated with a stunning view of the beautiful harbor, creating a vibrant atmosphere bustling with people. The New York striploin steak was cooked perfectly to my request for well-done, and it tasted excellent. If you're a fan of desserts, the chocolate peanut butter cheesecake is a must-try with its dreamy flavor.

We just went by here to have a short stop for a drink. Due to Valentine’s Day (every table in Vancouver seemed to be booked out) we got placed at the bar. Service was good and friendly and also the selection of draft beers is good but the food we ordered (mixed platter with gambas, rips, meat balls and bread) was really suprisingly very good!! Harbour view is included in this restaurant and the Interieur is really made with a lot of details and rather big. Recommend this for bigger groups and do reservations in advance.

We had an excellent meal at Carderos! We all had delicious entrees. My curry shrimp with sticky rice, the arctic char, the halibut and the Sable Fish were just wonderful! Our service was excellent too! Rihat was just super! I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The Sandbar does have a way of leaving one rather well-looked after. This was my second visit and once again the service was attentive to the point of being the true highlight. The food itself is sound, fresh and competently prepared, though it lacks that elusive spark that makes one sit up and say good heavens, that was brilliant. Still, when a restaurant treats you properly and ensures you’re comfortable from start to finish, one forgives the absence of fireworks on the plate. In short, steady cooking paired with exceptional service makes for a respectable return.

Happy we dropped by for a snack here because we quite liked the food here! It was quite spacious and had nice live music. The clam chowder was pretty good but could've had more seafood in it, the mussels were flavourful, and the bread was warm and chewy. It was also interesting to try the buck a shuck oysters. Service was mostly good, though sometimes hard to get a hold of like when we were missing a spoon or wanted to order more. Would return for a full meal if I visit again.

The Sandbar Seafood Restaurant was busy and it took a while for us to get seated since we were a big group, but the staff was nice and welcoming. I enjoyed the lobster and steak, and the portions really filled our stomachs before continuing our visit to Granville Island. A good spot if you want seafood and a lively atmosphere.
