MINAMI REVIEWS
Impressive! Asked to be seated outside where it was delightfully decorated and quieter. The service staff introduced each dish as it arrived. Tried a few varieties of sushi rolls and sake. Each plate was beautifully presented. Two varieties of soy sauce. Eager to go back and try more.
Everything in the restaurant since arrival until a full stomach is whao. Food is amazing, services and staff are nice, friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. All meal are amazing. Prices, quality and quantity are friendly. I definitely recommend this place. The best are the sushi. Definitely have to try. It is melting in my mouth.
I love the variety of food and drinks at Minami! It makes a great place to celebrate special occasions with a group or even just for lunch. On my last visit, my server mentioned she had been working there for 7 years and she had amazing recommendations. We tried the Tomato Salad which ended up being one of our favourites for the evening! Highly recommend it. I also love all their seafood selections. You can’t go wrong! Each time I visit, I always make sure to get sashimi. Service is top notch from waiters and managers.

KINGYO REVIEWS
We are visitors from Toronto. We did a reservation before attending the Celebration of Lights. We love everything that we ordered. All were fresh and taste different as compare to Toronto location. Our Japanese server made our last night dinner in Vancouver easy and enjoyable.
The restaurant caught our attention when we walked by the restaurant around 11:50am - people were lining up for the restaurant to open at noon. We were lucky to get the bar seating. It’s not a huge restaurant and some tables were reserved for customers who made advanced reservations. We ordered hot green tea, Stone-Grilled Beef Tongue, Beef Tenderloin Steak Bowl, Sizzling Stone Pork Kakuni Bowl, and all of them were delicious! Great meat quality and well prepared dishes. It’s a restaurant running by Japanese with great foods and services. I highly recommend this place with advanced reservation.
Food is really tasty. Even though the prices are a bit high but we think it’s worth the food quality. Everything is soft and melting. Pork belly is really good

HOKKAIDO RAMEN SANTOUKA REVIEWS
One simple sentence. Great ramen place !!! The staff are very nice. Not super crowded. We were very surprised as the restaurant was great and there was no line-up. About the ramen, the price was friendly. The soup was thick and delicious. Noodles are tender.
Love their broth! I have tried several ramen store in Vancouver, and Ramen Santouka is definitely one of the top 3 even though you cannot adjust the firmness of the noodle, I like it the way they served it, a little bit firm just like how Japanese people enjoy it. Location is great, will recommend everyone who’s craving for Ramen after shopping at downtown.
It's my favorite ramen spot in town. Their classis Shio Ramen broth is mild and rich, so yummy.
