I am pleased to write this review. My family has been an Alliance customer since 23 August 2011 and been exceptionally pleased with the service and professional conduct. Whenever we triggered a false alarm, and when we switched from telephone line to cellular connectivity, the Alliance staff reacted with timeliness and attentiveness. Alliance provides security confidence at competitive rates and is highly recommended.

A great company. Sales person Tom is knowledgeable and was focused on what was best for my home. Installation staff were quick, professional and left no mess behind. The fees for their services as reasonable and reliable.

I had Alliance do our install of our intercom system and doorbell camera as well as our alarm system during home construction. Everything has worked great since. Once we decided to get rid of our landline Alliance was quick to come out and install a GSM setup for us. Happy customer for 9 years now!
