We are so very fortunate, blest even, to have chosen this company to install our septic system.Careful assessment of the property was carried out before we were informed of the best system for our home. A date was set and the company’s crew and equipment arrived and started right away. In spite of established terraced gardens and extensive brick work, this company carried out most of the work by hand and used a small “digger” with rubber tires to travel over our manicured lawns never leaving a trace of disturbance. The system which was recommended was installed and when the crew left we were amazed to find that all our garden walls and shrubs etc. were not damaged, anywhere! and even the patterned area of brickwork had been replaced without leaving a trace of having been disturbed! impressive …. the “beds” which formed the filters or field, look like garden beds. The company checked up with us on various occasions to make sure that we were satisfied and we knew that should any unforeseen problem occur, that they would be on site “immediately if not before” - their service is second to none! what “peace of mind” we enjoy knowing that this most important job has been efficiently completed, and we remain totally confident that we made the best decision in our choice of company to provide this service to us. We never had to concern ourselves with permits etc., this was all looked after for us and on completion, we were delivered the inspection certificate and all the necessary documentation a homeowner should have - Judith A

Darryl at Drain Doctor's Was Amazing to Work With, Very Efficient, Great Customer Service with Constant Updates Throughout the Entire Process. His Staff Regularly Called to Provide Updates for Timing of When the Crew Would Arrive, when Equipment Was Being Delivered and When the Work Would Be Completed. He Selected the Best Site for The Septic and Was Clean and Organized Doing There Very Best to Minimize the Impact of The Equipment on The Yard. Darryl Was Also Very Quick to Reply to Text/calls as Well if We Ever Had Any Questions. Knowledgeable and Reliable and Came in Well Within Budget. I Would Highly Recommend.
