Ben and the guys were fantastic when they installed my new septic system! Getting started a day early, working diligently and finishing on schedule (even when they hit roadblocks) made my life so much easier. My septic service was only interrupted for a short time during the day... I didn't even notice because I was out of the house. The phone call the next day, checking if things were working properly and again the next week to see if my grass was growing, shows the excellent customer service that the Septic Guy gives. You couldn't get a nicer bunch of guys to do such a dirty job and they do it with a smile!

We had a system put in during the summer this year and were very pleased with the service we received. Ben and his team are friendly and professional. I had Ben and his team put in a new septic tank and they did a great job. Ben took care of all the permits and kept me up-to-date on timelines, etc. They started the job early and finished when expected. Everyone was polite and professional. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with everything. I would definitely recommend them.
