I have only ever had good experiences with the Newmarket Medigas location. Everyone there is hard working, friendly, professional, patient and helpful. Recently, I was able to get a new machine and Patricia was so lovely during my appointment. We got in some great chuckles while we went through the paperwork, the workings of the new machine and she answered all of my questions. Of course no business is perfect: there was a time when my doctor requested a sleep report from my APAP machine and there was an issue with their systems (computer system) on the day i went in to get it & the new APAP machine took 2 months for me to get (because there is a backorder) - these things are out of their control, but they tried their hardest to do the best that they could (with what was within their control and power). I truly appreciate all of their efforts.
