Had the best experience at Prim! Was my first time getting my hair done so I was nervous but Cierra was so fun,put me right at ease,and pretty well copied the photo I showed her of the babylights I was after. Highly recommend her for any hair care needs.

There was a miscommunication with one of their offers and the owner of Prim personally called me, apologized and resolved the issue as soon as it was brought to her attention.
