Online booking is incredibly easy. I booked online and paid for a unit. Soon after I realized that it I had booked at the wrong location. Maureen went above and beyond to help me get a refund. HUGE shout out to the staff, in a world were nobody seems to care anymore, they called the following day to help me out in my situation. 5 star recommendation!!!
I dealt with Elias at the St Albert East office on a few occasions in order to determine the specific unit size, and location for my specific requirements. Elias was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable of the Mini-Mall options available. Great storage units, and even better service with Elias!
