Both Ruchir at the front desk and the lady who made our reservation were extremely thorough and made our experience a very pleasant one! After speaking with many other storage company’s, it was clear that Sentinel Storage was offering the best availability and prices - not to mention their great customer service.
Great location, easy access to the lockers, and the contract was clearly explained to me before I signed anything. Very professional and the locker was clean. Very easy access to moving carts so we didn't have to carry everything. Would definitely use Sentinel again!
Had no worries for all 6 mos that our belongings were safe and dry! Excellent customer service from reservation to front desk! Highly recommend this company to everyone!
