Superior Self Storage

My experience here has been nothing but wonderful. The facilities are clean, well lit, and secure. Lisa is helpful, friendly, and just delightful to interact with. She makes an effort to remember personal details. I've never felt like just a contract here - Lisa brings the customer experience to a whole new level. Recently I gave my notice to leave as I'm leaving town, and the process has been so smooth with her help. I'm sad to be leaving this facility. Very accommodating. Needed to upgrade to a larger storage unit when we arrived, and they were more than willing to help us out to find a unit to fit our needs.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and were able to help me determine the best option for my needs, and set up my access efficiently. Premises is secure and tidy and easily accessible.
