I had trouble with my car in March and had the experience of 2 different tow companies back to back. The first company was horrible, he was unprofessional and came unprepared. The very next day I needed a tow company again and thankfully my insurance company sent Jonny. He called to give me an ETA, he was knowledgeable about what could be wrong, gave suggestions, and sent a confirmation photo of the drop off. I really appreciated that he introduced himself. Something as simple as that can put someone at ease during a stressful time. I will request and recommend Jonny's Towing going forward.

Hands down, without a doubt the most enjoyable experience possible in spite of the situation! Johnnys compassion and understanding was truly the utmost of excellence and professionalism. Can’t rave enough about how he went above and beyond to get Aspire Mobile Dental Hygiene’s clinic in to the service bay. He was able to calm my nerves and bring a smile to my face! Thank you Johnny for getting to me so quickly. If there were more than five stars to give, you’d get them all!

Excellent service, on time, efficient, compassionate and reasonably priced. Plus he had skeletons on his flatbed for Halloween. The kids loved it.

Wow these are great people, my wife was dropping off our daughter in law at the airport (we're from Chilliwack) and her car died. Jonny was on route to another call, turned around to help her get off the road into a parking lot (no charge). Called me later to check on us and offered some good advice. Wasn't worried about getting a tow job and truly cared to help us. Top notch service!!! - Dave B
