Skilled operators that went above and beyond. The elevator in our handicap bus burst a hydraulic line in the down position. 2 KW Towing vehicles came out with their operators and managed to get it back inside the bus within half-an-hour. These guys were innovative, had a good attitude, and got the job. The cost was totally reasonable. Highly recommended!

I was in an accident on the highway recently, in rush hour!! I called kw towing for assistance and the driver came right away. He was caring, professional and took care of everything that needed to be done with my car. He asked if I wanted my car towed or if he should take it to his yard - it was great that he gave me the option, as some tow companies don’t do that and automatically take the car to their yard. He then took me where I needed to go, to speak with the opp officer. He then drove me home. A couple days later, I had to go to their yard to remove items from my car and every single person in the office was polite, friendly and informative! Amazing experience with this company, many thanks and much appreciated! I will highly recommend.

just locked our keys in the truck this morning with our two week old babe at the gas station. called kw and told them and right away you could hear the guy on the phone getting someone moving be for the call was even done! 5 minutes later tow truck pulled in and opened it up for us i asked how much didn't even charge us and wouldn't let me buy him a coffee said have a great day guys and went on his way! will definitely be calling this guys next time i need something!
